Overgrad is on a mission to give K-12 school districts and organizations across the United States superpowers as they work to improve the access their students have to postsecondary pathways.
We do this by building tools and trainings that help districts and organizations learn from and leverage their student data with the aim of increasing the likelihood of success after high school. We are looking for more people to join us on our mission to ensure that all students have a clear and supported path to future opportunities. You will be joining a team that works with some of the most innovative organizations in the college and career readiness space, including KIPP, IDEA, New York City Public Schools and Houston Independent School District.
You will be our first dedicated Account Executive, and this is a full-cycle role. You will own the entire sales process, from finding a district or organization to signing the contract. You will build most of your own pipeline, run discovery and demos, navigate procurement, and close. There is no BDR team or inbound flood waiting for you. You will be the person who figures out where our next customers are and goes and gets them.
Working closely with our Head of Growth, you will help shape how Overgrad sells as we grow. What you learn about which districts and organizations buy, why they buy, and how they buy will become the playbook for every sales hire after you. We want someone who is excited to build, not someone looking to inherit a territory.
This role is uncapped. If you build pipeline and close deals, you will be well rewarded for it, with room to grow into a Senior Account Executive role.
